located in Newtown, PA Tyler State Park is an 1,711 acre natural area with the beautiful Neshaminy creek running through the heart of park. The park boasts great hiking, horseback riding, biking and paddling on the creek. Paddlers will navigate a winding stream which flows through beautiful forested terrain. The paddling is safe, and perfect for family's, kids and nature lovers alike. Directly outside the park in the quaint town of Newtown, travelers will find exceptional food, drink and small shops. Driftwood Water Adventures Rentals:
Hours of Operation: Open 7 days a week 10:00am-6:00pm, last rental goes out at 5:00. Check out the map HERE.
Directions: Take the main entrance road down to the four way stop sign, make a right and drive through the large fields all the way down through to the forested area. You will reach the boat house parking lot on your right, it is the last parking lot and you will dead end. Park in that parking lot and walk down to the water and boat house located across from the bathrooms.
